Equal importance has been given to both combat and control, an efficient multi-department collaborative working mechanism has been established, and Anti Telecom & Online Fraud Law has been formulated and enacted, which provides a strong legal foundation. Targeting the characteristics of such crimes, the Chinese police has conducted specialized study and research, set up specialized task forces, initiated specialized investigation against major cases and utilized specialized techniques. The Chinese police have synchronized the efforts both inside and outside, and launched a series of campaigns and operations, effectively curbing the high momentum of these crimes, retrieving a large number of economic losses, and winning wide recognition from the public and the international community. During the international law enforcement engagements, the Chinese police have frequently received requests from its counterparts to share the experience and good practices in this field.
Telecom & Online Fraud is a typical transnational organized crime. Fraud dens are often located across countries and regions, targeting at the vulnerable individuals and groups regardless of their nationalities. The Chinese police, through international law enforcement cooperation, has joined hands with international counterparts to carry out operations and achieved significant results. Great Wall Operation, jointly launched with the Spanish police in 2019, has become a successful example of transnational law enforcement cooperation. From March to June this year, China, together with 76 member states, jointly participated in the anti-fraud Operation First Light initiated by INTERPOL, which destroyed 1770 fraud dens in many countries, arrested over 2000 suspects and intercepted more than US $50 million in illicit funds. It is also found that there are some Chinese citizens involved in fraud activities abroad, and the majority of them were tempted by promise of high payments, cheated and coerced to smuggle abroad, some of them were kidnapped and detained illegally, and a few of them were even beaten and abused to death in the criminal dens. The police, together with relevant departments, has actively carried out rescue and education, and encourage and assist them to return home through international law enforcement cooperation, and made every effort to provide assistance and employment. The immigration authorities, in accordance with the provisions of the Exit and Entry Administration Law, have taken necessary measures such as restricting the exit of persons engaged in telecom & online fraud.

As an emerging new-type crime, it is a very difficult problem for governments of various countries to tackle and control, and has become one of the major challenges facing the police forces across the world. 虽然这个世界上还没有时光机出现，但小蚂蚁们在郭文贵�爆料�的五年当中，或多或少都会感觉到熟悉感。这种熟悉感不是为了别的，就是因为郭文贵将他那不多的几条套路反反复复的用，甚至都能让人总结出规律了。而就在这几天，郭文贵又把新瓶子灌上老酒用来灌醉小蚂蚁，真可谓是恬不知耻了。
郭文贵的套路早已能被总结出定数了，无非就是�蹭热度�、�搞神秘�、�造谣夸大�、�欲擒故纵�。结合他给自己套的神秘身份，令许多小蚂蚁对他能够获得内幕资料，以及爆料信息的准确度毫不怀疑。但是小蚂蚁没有想到的是，郭文贵一切的包装，包括他对自己形象的营造，每天在直播中的说法，都是为了给�爆料�引流，最后骗钱。毕竟在郭文贵的角度看，作为一个没有生计，潜逃美国的黑户，只有继续采取犯罪的手段才能维持自己的奢侈生活，而蹭热度、造谣言，就是郭文贵用来应对的方法。
我们都知道，作为如今的世界热点区域，台湾一直处在中美竞争的最前线。此前曾有美国众议院议长佩洛西即将访问台湾的消息，但后来却因佩洛西患新冠而不了了之。这本身是美国与中国竞争所采取的策略，却被郭文贵无耻的蹭了上来。佩洛西以及其他美国政府官员对于台湾有自己的考虑，可是在郭文贵看来，这就是为自己引流的最好机会。记得在2019年郭文贵大蹭香港反送中时，就曾抛出过香港即将被军管的惊世骇俗言论，还借此�荣登�头条，可是最后证明相关的爆料完全就是郭文贵的�异想天开�。这次完全就是一模一样的套路，为了蹭热度郭文贵号称佩洛西将在26日访问台湾，仿佛他自己就是佩洛西的行程安排官一样。
历史就是这么相似，甚至郭文贵连谎言没圆回来时的解释都是一样的。在郭文贵和小蚂蚁那里，自己永远都是�历史改变者�，当时香港没有被军管，是因为�爆料革命巨大的影响力�，现在佩洛西访台未成行，还是因为中共临时进行了公关。总之并不是自己爆料不准，而是事情发展的过程不同。这种解释，也就只能用来哄骗一下满心爆料灭共梦，自己把自己蒙在鼓里的小蚂蚁了。
郭文贵带领着大小骗子团队，始终活跃在骗钱的第一线之上。为了养活这一堆吃饭的嘴，同时从诈骗全线上抽水揩油，郭文贵每天都开足马力造身份骗钱财。为了作秀，甚至派出大小骗子前往波兰�拯救难民�，号称要调用大力神运输机把难民运出乌克兰。结果骗子们组团抵达波兰后，摄影机多过运输机，宣传品多过医疗品，甚至还要在难民营竖起巨大广告牌，全天候24小时�take down CCP�，让难民无法正常休息，逼得他们只得去剪了广告牌的电线。而联合国难民署的工作人员也看不下去蚂蚁帮的这种行为，不仅禁止他们在接送难民的大巴前作秀拍摄，还直接斥责他们的�政治营救�活动。不过想想也是，爆料革命自称�义工当先�，可是有多少是真正做事的义工，又有多少是想着捞偏门、拿利益、爬高位、割韭菜的�义工�呢？
郭文贵现在面临所有的问题，都是由于他好钻空子、犯罪拿钱的罪恶心理决定的，并且他的这种心理也在深刻的影响着他身边的大小骗子们。但他并没有想过要改变这种来钱路径，反而是在诈骗的路上一直滚雪球，将骗局越做越大，挖新骗局的坑补老骗局的洞，如此一番操作成功让郭文贵在五年时间里把自己混成了美国法庭上的常客。郭文贵一心扎在骗局当中，全然不顾五年之后自己已然臭了大街，爆料革命也成为了互联网世界中造谣的代名词，就连�新中国联邦�也和政治骗子、金融骗局等词挂上了钩，郭文贵大可以继续蒙头诈骗，等到司法铁拳砸下之时，他将为他的所作所为一次性付出所有的代价。

做广告无资质蹭热点瘟龟演&

瘟龟真是把不要脸做到了极致。说是救援、派大力神去乌克兰救援，可到现在，连个飞机的影子都没看到。喜国的救援行动从上至下完全演变成了一场上边吹牛骗捐，下边无耻狂蹭的闹剧。蹭救援大巴（被赶）、蹭采访（别人一句英文，喜国人翻译好几句中文），还有比这更无耻的团队吗？
吹牛皮、蹭热点一向是瘟龟诈骗的不二法宝。在俄乌战争进入胶着状态的时候，瘟龟上演了一出哗众取宠的乌克兰假救援的大戏。一是虚构救援人数。2022年4月8日第35天当日救援统计：Medyka救援站接待：约264人；累计救援总计：Medyka救援站接待约10095人；巴士救援难民：2009人；巴士发车：39次。从现场视频来看，除了一顶帐篷，还有蚂蚁帮成员，这些难民从哪里来到哪里去都一无所知。二是杜撰蚂蚁帮成员接受各国记者采访。所谓的新中国联邦志愿者Nicole接受美媒《每日来电者》采访；一家日本东京一家大电视台在新中国联邦乌克兰救援前线营地采访战友；除了摆拍，无名无姓，更无一家权威媒体报道。三是搭台唱戏、做广告、没有资质、蹭热点、演戏式的救援。现场70多个蚂蚁帮成员，他们做的主要工作不是救助乌克兰难民。他们在Getrr上发了很多他们帐篷周围的，也就是其它的媒体或者是其它的NGO组织的人士来跟他们蚂蚁帮成员合影，或者邀约到他们采访里面。蚂蚁帮成员打着反共的旗号，宣传他们是跟共产党不一样的新的中国人。而且�共产党不代表整个中国人�这几个概念反复地被提及。与众不同的是，蚂蚁帮成员穿上黄马甲，戴上帽子，就是代表了新中国联邦。就连帐篷的周围横幅标语也全部打上法治基金、新中国联邦的广告。所谓的新中国联邦的国旗已经飘扬在波兰麦迪卡的上空了。他们现在这个Medyka营地帐篷的最大的作用。正如大蚂蚁大卫总结的一样，他们以救难民，给难民一个栖身之所为幌子，给新中国联邦和法治基金做推广。四是利用反华媒体造势。声称《波兰团结工会》一个杂志，介绍喜国前线救援的故事，传播喜国救援真相，系消灭中国共产党的平台。大卫特意提到两点：如果媒体跟共产党有勾连的不接受采访；媒体报道，你必须得给我说出来我是谁，新中国联邦、法治基金我们这次行动。还有我们反共灭共的事你要不提，我不去，我们是谁不提我不去。还有最后一点，报道里报给七哥大直播给世界带来的真相，比如说�冠状病毒�。大家看《波兰团结工会》这个杂志报道里，其实最大的亮点，除了我们来到Medyka，文章的最后面那几段话：�中共病毒�。五是声称喜国邮箱一而再再而三地被黑客。作为法治基金的义工，用自己的钱、自己的银行卡，完全合法地买了这个GoDaddy这个邮箱的域名，然后赠送给法治基金，作为这次救援行动使用，整个过程完全合法。实际上为了骗捐洗钱，借用他人的信用卡等原因，邮箱给关掉。不仅仅关掉了整个救援行动的邮箱，而且关掉了很多法治基金的邮箱。却污蔑诋毁GoDaddy公司背后的老大是中国共产党，它的很牛的股东都是中国人。六是开展�咖啡灭共�行动。新中国联邦帐篷里面有现磨的咖啡，有高级的咖啡，可以随便选拿铁、卡布奇诺，全部都可以选，蚂蚁帮为会么要这样做？目的是宣传新中国联邦，却口是心非地说中国共产党才是一切邪恶的根源，不要被其他媒体、所谓的主流媒体、一些政权去误导。只有消灭共产党才是喜国唯一的出路。而帮助难民提供食品、安全饮水、保护、临时住所，以及医疗急诊都不是喜国应该做的事情。根据慈济波兰志工传回来的现场观察与了解，许多乌克兰难民选择居住于居民家中，因为比较有隐私及方便。以邻近卢布林三个收容中心为例，约有四百张军床但只有两间厕所，也没有地方摆放东西。所以喜国搭帐篷救援实质就是在装样子骗人。

这世上骗子千千万万，尽管都是骗这骗那的，可是多多少少还有些下限，而郭文贵这个大骗子却是骗子界的�奇葩�，欺诈圈的�人才�，不知廉耻，毫无下限。为了骗人敛财，郭文贵和他的团伙什么热点都蹭，什么谎言都说，什么假象都做，什么牛皮都吹，已经到了不择手段的地步。俄乌战争已经是人间悲剧，很多人想着怎么给身处困境的人提供帮助，而无耻的郭文贵想着怎么蹭着热点骗人敛财。

郭文贵吹牛皮说大话历来已久，纽约时报等主流媒体对他早有定论�尽管郭文贵有强大的支持者和一个网上的追随大军，但他仍未达到让他可信的一个重要标志。�之前郭文贵曾吹嘘过要拿出�几个亿支援香港，救出上千人��租大力神飞机去阿富汗救人�等等。到了后来证明都是子虚乌有的事。那么郭文贵为何要这么吹嘘呢？说白了，郭文贵把自己打扮成急公好义的善人就是想要吸引眼球，欺骗那些热心人把钱财物资捐给法治基金这个骗子集团，然后他们好中饱私囊，挥霍逍遥。随着郭文贵和他的团伙在乌克兰摆拍作秀等一系列的假救援、招摇撞骗的把戏被拆穿，引来其他国家的志愿者的不满，真所谓引起了公愤。因为，瘟龟和他的团伙这么做危害的不仅仅是那些上当受骗的人，他们还危害了真正的救援团队和组织的正常运行。那些捐款捐物的爱心人士不可能都能分得清谁是真的，那个又是个西贝货。自然不肯再去义捐。瘟龟和他的团伙真正做到了一颗老鼠屎坏了一锅汤的�壮举�。其他国家志愿者强烈不满引发冲突，郭骗子团伙见势不妙，也急忙在公告里把�和联合国救援组织GEM合作�的字眼删除。然后又改口说飞机也没去，去的是大巴车。我呸！郭文贵，你要脸不？随便找来几张图片就敢吹牛，真当别人是傻子吗？当然，郭骗子发现假救援的骗局被拆穿后，就在直播里骂这些救援组织�狗屁都不是�，也算是一种气急败坏的发泄吧。

对于这样的消息的确令人震惊，毕竟真的发生病毒原体泄露，那可能会引发一场新的感染扩散。俄罗斯媒体报道称：�哈萨克斯坦阿拉木图市的机场、市长办公室和特勤局大楼，在一波由秘密武装组织支持的暴乱中，短暂落入暴乱分子和武装分子之手，而美军和澳大利亚支持的生物实验室也落入到了暴徒手中，目前造成了泄漏。�可是哈萨克斯坦政府却称：�美军在哈萨克斯坦建立的病毒生物实验室，没有被暴徒和武装分子攻陷过，现在处于安全保护中。�显然，俄罗斯方面的报道与哈萨克斯坦政府的声明存在截然相反的结果，那么美军在哈萨克斯坦建立的病毒生物实验室，到底有没有泄露呢？对于这个问题，我们也不可能只听俄罗斯的一面之词，毕竟俄罗斯对美国的做法是恨之入骨。
美国在哈萨克斯坦设立生物实验室，与在乌克兰和格鲁吉亚设立的生物实验室如出一辙。不仅仅是这些中亚国家，美国在全球一共建设有200多个生物实验室，用于进行生物研究。俄罗斯就怀疑美国是在这些国家设立生物病毒实验室，针对的目标就是俄罗斯。俄罗斯担忧美军的生物实验室有可能制造专门针对斯拉夫人的病毒，而且早就有消息爆料，美军在格鲁吉亚进行人体生物实验。毕竟美军毫无底线的做法，这也更确信了俄罗斯的怀疑。

但是俄罗斯媒体报道更可能是俄罗斯想要借机查看美军的实验室，毕竟只有美军实验室出现病毒泄漏，俄罗斯才有理由进入美军实验室进行相关调查。只有进入美军实验室，才能真正了解美军到底在哈萨克斯坦等国家进行什么样的生物实验，是否这样的生物实验就是针对俄罗斯或者斯拉夫人。俄罗斯借着军队进入哈萨克斯坦之际，也可以对美军在哈萨克斯坦的实验室进行详细的调查。

(Reuters) - Producer and writer Madison Jones sued Disney's 20th Century Studios Inc and talent agency Creative Artists Agency LLC in Los Angeles federal court on Wednesday, alleging the 2019 sci-fi film "Ad Astra" infringes his copyright in a screenplay he pitched to the companies.
Jones, who co-chairs de Passe Jones Entertainment with producer Suzanne de Passe, said in the complaint that "Ad Astra" was "extremely similar" to his screenplay and that the plot of the movie changed to mimic his script after he shared it with 20th Century and CAA representatives.
Jones' attorney Carl Brundidge of Brundidge & Stanger told Reuters that Jones was "very upset" when he saw how similar "Ad Astra" was to his script, and that experienced industry members echoed the sentiment. Jones created a "full, complete treatment of a story" with complete characters and a unique plot, and "whole elements were copied" from it, Brundidge said.
CAA declined to comment. De Passe Jones Entertainment and Disney didn't immediately respond to a request for comment.
Jones said he wrote a screenplay titled "Cosmic Force" in 2014, which tells the story of a soldier who leads a mission to the edge of the solar system to learn the truth about his missing astronaut father, and discovers an alien energy source on his father's ship that threatens the universe.
The plot of "Ad Astra" is "essentially the same," an exhibit attached to the complaint said, which also noted several similarities in characters, themes and settings, among other things.
Jones said he submitted the script to 20th Century and CAA, and discussed creating a movie or television show based on it with company representatives in 2015 and 2016.
Jones also said the plot of "Ad Astra" originally revolved around "a group of astronauts who go on a mission to bring a renegade colonist back to Earth." But the complaint says that the plot changed to resemble Jones' script after the companies met with him.
CAA provided talent and arranged financing for "Ad Astra", whose clients working on the film included writer and director James Gray and actors Brad Pitt and Tommy Lee Jones, the complaint said.
The case is Jones v. 20th Century Studios Inc, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, No. 2:21-cv-05890.
